MARISSA PAPAS - Director
Marissa is the driving force behind it all. Beginning her travel career in a large retail agency back in 2005, she began managing a store within 12 months. s and special event holidays.
In 2010 she transitioned to operate her own small travel business and in 2017, she founded Connected Travel.
Marissa's passion for excellence in the travel industry drove her to become a Qualified Trainer and Assessor. In 2019, she founded the Connected Travel Training Academy, dedicated to address the industry's need for skilled workers and help others break into the industry and fulfill their dreams .
LYNN SOLOMON -
Operations Manager
Lynn is our multitasking maestro, overseeing everything from operations to training to finance for our travelers, independent business owners, and interns. She's not just an essential part of the team; she's the yin to Marissa's Yang, creating the perfect balance that drives our success.
LISA BARRACLOUGH - Administration Assistant
Lisa, a graduate of our Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism program, brings her sharp attention to detail to the table. She now excels in assisting with all administrative tasks for our travelers, independent business owners, and interns.
ANGELA ROSETTE - Finance
Angela brings with her a wealth of experience from the banking sector, where she expertly manages all accounting tasks, ensuring seamless operations for our backend accounts.
KATHRYN KIDD - Travel Advisor
After starting her internship with Connected Travel in 2019, Kathryn completed her Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism. After graduating, she launched her own independent agency in collaboration with Connected Travel. Her passion and expertise is in the realm of cruising.

Lynne embarked on her travel industry journey in 1985, gaining valuable experience with renowned companies like Thai Airways, Contiki Holidays, and Viva Holidays. Joining Connected Travel in 2022, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her extensive travel background.
GEOFF HEYBLOM -
Travel Advisor
Geoff was one of Connected Travels interns graduating in 2022 and now operates his own independent agency in collaboration with Connected Travel. He has a keen interest in keeping up to date with airlines, scuba diving holidays and historic battlefield group tours.
